How do I know if my windshield can be repaired?
In most cases, if your windshield damage is smaller than the size of a quarter then it can be repaired.
Can I choose any glass shop to install my glass?
Yes. Per Arizona state law (ASR 20-469) you have the right to choose any glass repair facility for the repair of a loss relating to motor vehicle glass.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. We offer a lifetime warranty against any manufacturer defect and workmanship.
Do I have to wait to drive my vehicle after a windshield replacement?
Yes. We do recommend that your vehicle sit for about 1 – 2 hours after a replacement for proper curing the urethane seal. Times will vary base on temperature, humidity and the type of urethane. Your technician will provide you with a safe drive away time.
How long does an auto glass replacement take?
In most cases, a windshield, door glass, back glass, vent glass and quarter glass can be installed within an hour. In some cases, depending on the vehicle it could take longer.
Will filing a claim affect my insurance rates?
No, Arizona state law (ARS 20-263) states that a no fault claim for windshield replacement will not raise your rates. Therefore, your insurance company cannot raise your rates due to accidents caused by flying objects, vandalism, extreme temperatures, natural disasters, or kicked up rocks.
Will you overcharge my insurance company?
No, we honor all insurance pricing; therefore there will be no out of pocket expense for you when you carry full glass coverage. There are no hidden cost.
